Orientation begins in June and the term begins September 1, 2021.

Men and women who would like to serve on the Pastoral Council should be:

• Active in their faith.

• Committed to the mission of Jesus, the parish and the church.

• Willing to make a commitment of time and talent.

• Open to listening to a diversity of opinions.

• Willing to work as a team member.

• Willing to attend as many parish functions as possible.

The council requires that nominees must be:

• Registered members of the parish and at least 18 years old.

• Fully initiated, practicing Catholics.

• Participants in parish life and worship, especially Mass and the sacraments.

• Committed to the direction of the parish as it is stated in the mission statement.

• Willing to attend all Pastoral Council meetings, activities and serve on various task committees.

Nominees will receive a call within a week after the close of nominations as notice of her/his nomination and to inform her/him about the expectations of service on the Pastoral Council.
