About the event

It's been three very long years since our women have been on retreat together at Christ the King Retreat House! We hope you'll join us for this uplifting retreat facilitated by Meg Castellini. During the weekend, we will explore the many ways that music is such an integral part of our lives. It can evoke memories, affect our emotions, connect us with others and aid in healing. Why is music so powerful? We will get a better understanding after taking a closer look at some elements of music and how they relate to our lives and interactions with others. Just imagine what refrains and lyrics have been woven into your own life-song. The retreat begins on Friday evening with dinner at 6pm (please plan to arrive between 5 and 6pm) and ends at noon on Sunday.

** A special note regarding online registration: If registering online, you have the option of paying via credit card or indicating that you'll be paying offline, which is preferable for the parish as credit card charges will cost the parish $5 per person in processing fees.  If paying by check, please make your check payable to St. Augustine's Parish.   If paying by credit card, please consider making an extra donation to cover processing fees.  We'd greatly appreciate it!  Thank you!
